If any participant has not received the start of the class email, make sure that our whitelist has been properly verified within your company. It is most likely that the email sent from our LMS has been blocked by your network for security reasons.
We recommended that you inform the students to mark the address email@example.com as a safe contact or you can also ask them to check their Spam or Junk mail folder.
In any case, you can resend the start of the class email with your Administrator user. For that, simply follow these steps:
1. Access the class
2. Click on the 'Enrolled Students' tab
3. Find the participant you want to resend the email notification and click on the 3 dots icon (...)
4. Click on the action "Resend Invitation".
